In 1988, driven by the values of hard work and honesty, Luis Massa founded Lumatec SRL with the dream of boosting the industry of Mar del Plata. What began as a family project with his wife, Teresita Isabel Weisbeck, and the fundamental support of Horacio de la Vega, has become—after almost 40 years—a technical pillar for the food sector.

 

From our beginnings, we understood that excellence lies not only in the product, but also in trust. For Luis, a promise was an unbreakable commitment; a philosophy he summarized in the motto that still guides us today: “We are not just a company, we are a service to the industry.”
